The 2021-22 school year was a constant tug of war of emotions and actions that has left school administrators across our state drained. If you’re in search of a fun academy that will re-energize you, IASA’s “Coaching Leaders: Re-finding Your Why – AA #1445” is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow school administrators for an inspirational and reflective event that will leave you feeling motivated. Participants will start by learning to coach themselves to recapture their spirit and purpose in leading —only then can you effectively coach others in both good and trying times. The academy also provides a welcoming environment for educators to share stories, connect and recapture their spirit and purpose in leading. This academy will be presented by Dr. Courtney Orzel, IASA’s Associate Director of Professional Development. The training will be held online on May 2, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  A link to attend the academy will be sent out prior to the training date. The cost to attend this training is $200/participant. Each participant will receive AA credit or 5.5 PD hours.
