The first years in education are so crucial in a beginning teacher's journey. They are working understand the climate and culture of the building, figuring out student achievement, best instructional practices, and simply surviving. In addition to this academy ROE #3 will work to provide educators with a supportive community through quarterly networking meetings and instructional coaching. That's right each new teacher will receive 3 hours of one on one instructional coaching during the 2023-2024 school year.

The quarterly networking meeting will allow new teachers a time to collaborate again with veteran teachers and administrators to discuss critical and timely topics.
