Join Dr. Brandy Hempen in this one-day workshop where you will focus on revitalizing your standards-based practice leading students to think like scientists. In this workshop, you will spend the majority of your day prioritizing and sequencing your NGSS standards in a way that best fits your students' needs. You'll learn how to incorporate the materials you've already got to build a rigorous curriculum that will not only help your students recover from the past year of uncertainties, but also prepare them for the grade levels ahead. Teaching to the standards starts with a well-developed curriculum and ends in success! Leave this workshop with FREE lesson plan templates, FREE materials, and a curriculum map made specifically for your grade level. This training will take place on October 26, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center. The cost to attend this training is $125/participant and lunch will be provided. Each participant will receive 5.5 PD hours upon completion of the training.
