Assessing Student Threats: Implementing the Salem Keizer System is a one day hands-on, interactive, lab type training will allow your staff and administration to implement a threat assessment system that follows the recommendations of the Safe Schools Initiative and the prescriptive outline provided by the FBI. This training will be held on October 19th from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center.  Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m.  The cost to attend this training is $125/person and each participant will receive a copy of the Assessing Student Threats book and lunch will be provided.  Each participant who completes the training will receive 6.5 PD hours. Schools are strongly encouraged to bring a team to this training.
